      Monday - Friday:  5:30 - 6:30 pm.

      and Saturday:  10:00 - 12:00 noon


Group Meditation and Pot-Luck:

      Sundays:  From 2:00 - 3:00 pm

Knowledge Cinema:  

       Featuring videos by  Mooji, Bashar, Matt Kahn, and other spiritual teachers

      Sundays:  From 4:30 - 6:30pm

Hatha Yoga

Cheryl's Hatha Yoga class is a gentle sequence of postures blended into a dance-like flow.  Each class is unique but all include clever variations of classical yoga postures that help you communicate with the freedom of your individual spirit.  Students are encouraged to explore variations that are better suited to their particular physiology and psychology, all in a spirit of fun and discovery.
